My Narcolepsy Nearly Ruined My Life

Marriage and work was hard — and keeping up with my children was even harder.

One: They describe the “stereotypical” person with narcolepsy (PWN) seen in movies or on TV. “Do you keel over and pass out in the middle of speaking or eating?”

Um, no.

Two: Disbelief. “You don’t have narcolepsy. Whatever. I’m tired too.” Perhaps I should just “take a day to relax.”
